ABOUT THE ROLE Mounties Group is seeking a vibrant and experienced Communications Assistant to join our close-knit team in Mount Pritchard on a part-time (3-4 days per week) 12-month contract with the potential to extend. The Communications Assistant is responsible for supporting the development and execution of communications strategies, manages content creation, and ensures effective internal and external communication across Mounties Group. More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to: Assist in producing high quality communication materials, including email content, SMS, OOH Support the maintenance of the communications calendar ensuring timely and engaging content that aligns with the Groups communications strategy Brief creative assets for EDM templates that follow Mounties Group brand and style guide Assist with key communications, advertising and design requirements in line with venue requirements Help implement communication strategies and purpose modifications to enhance effectiveness Update APP and web based content for Mounties Group pages Review and edit documents to ensure accuracy, clarity and adherence to the Group’s communication policies Support the Marketing Team with reasonable tasks as requested ABOUT YOU The successful candidate, would have: A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Initiative and capacity to work with minimal supervision Experience working with external agencies Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) & Responsible Conduct of Gamblin (RCG) or willing to attain National police Check obtained within the last three months Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Marketing and/or Events Management (preferred) Previous experience in a multi-category industry, such as pubs, clubs, casinos, resorts (preferred) OUR BENEFITS A supportive and inclusive environment Access to ongoing learning and development opportunities Uniforms provided Exciting Employee Benefits Free onsite parking WHY MOUNTIES?
