What you'll do As an Operations Crew Member you'll report to the Team Leader Waste Operations and play a key customer-facing role at the Resource Recovery Centre, supporting waste disposal activities, contamination removal, and the separation of recyclable materials. This position helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient site while contributing to environmental outcomes through effective waste diversion practices. What you'll need to succeed (Essential Criteria) Solid experience in a multi-purpose construction or maintenance role, including manual labouring roles across a variety of projects Knowledge and demonstrated experience in manual labouring roles across a variety of projects in construction and/or maintenance Ability to work in a multi skilled team-based environment Ability to deal with customers on a daily basis, to deliver a service through effective communication Demonstrated experience/ knowledge of waste streams, recyclable materials and types of contamination.
