About the opportunity This position is for a Consultant who will lead project delivery and play an integral role in delivering client outcomes. The role involves strategy development, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, project reporting and analysis. You will work closely with teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. In this role, you will: Achieve an 85% utilisation rate on revenue-generating projects Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Facilitate workshops with actionable outcomes Develop strategic, high-quality reports using Power BI Build trust and relationships with diverse stakeholder groups You will work across a portfolio of consulting projects, facilitating workshops, analysing stakeholder data, and developing reports that support social impact objectives. Over time, there may be opportunities for you to step into leadership as the business continues to evolve. About you You are a consultant or practitioner with experience in social impact, community development or human-centred design. You are strategic, collaborative, and confident managing client projects from end to end. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Tertiary qualifications in social sciences, commerce or community development (or relevant experience) Experience in consulting, community engagement, or social impact assessment Skills in facilitation, strategy development, and report writing Familiarity with Power BI and project tracking tools (e.g. Project Works) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Capacity to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations This role requires a valid Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
