Company: ConsultANZ is looking for a Health and Safety Advisor for a FIFO (2:1) roster position based out of Perth, working on a major mining Infrastructure project in Western Australia. Main Duties: Lead and promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across site operations. Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Support site teams with risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and training. Ensure compliance with company and client HSE systems, procedures, and legislation. Provide proactive safety advice to project managers and site supervisors. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Health & Safety within Mining or Civil Construction projects in Australia. Relevant qualification in WHS / OHS (Cert IV or Diploma). Solid knowledge of WA Mines Safety & Inspection Act and Regulations. Proven ability to engage with the workforce and drive a positive safety culture. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Full working rights in Australia.
