We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our clients' healthcare team in Australia. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health centers. As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and deliver comprehensive nursing care. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and monitoring patient vital signs. Assess patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, treatment plans, and self-care techniques. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of healthcare policies and protocols. Continuously assess and improve nursing practices to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse. Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in English, demonstrated by achieving a minimum score of 7.0 in each component of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or a minimum score of 65 in each section of the Pearson Test of English (PTE). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
