We’re preparing to launch this exciting new site late 2025 / early 2026 and are currently seeking a passionate and experienced residential construction Site Manager to join the team from day one. This is your chance to be part of something bigger than just another construction site — you’ll be building places that enhance lives and create communities About the Role: You’ll take the lead on site, managing a team of labourers, plant operators, and contractors to deliver the 437 homes, $323 million lifestyle community, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is hands-on and dynamic, giving you the chance to drive real outcomes on the ground. You'll manage: A large scale site with years of construction ahead of us Multiple homes at multiple stages in one location Scheduling and coordination via Onsite Companion You’ll be a confident decision-maker, able to identify challenges early, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects on track. We’re looking for someone with a trade background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across site teams and contractors. If you’re tech-savvy, love problem solving, and get satisfaction from watching empty land transform into vibrant communities, this is the role for you.
