They are now seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across all frontline service areas, ensuring impactful outcomes for the communities they support. The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished leader to step into a pivotal executive role driving high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and strategic growth. Key responsibilities include: Providing strategic and operational leadership across all service delivery areas Overseeing multi-program management to ensure high-quality, client-centred outcomes Leading and developing frontline managers to drive performance and accountability Translating organisational strategy into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes Monitoring service performance, outcomes, and impact to support continuous improvement Ensuring compliance with contractual, legislative, and regulatory requirements Managing program budgets and resources to maintain sustainability Building strong stakeholder relationships across funding bodies, community partners, and sector networks Supporting funding submissions, tenders, and proposals Acting as a key representative in community forums and sector partnerships You'll work closely with the Chief Operations Officer , frontline managers, and the broader executive team to deliver cohesive, values-aligned services across the organisation.
