Job Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated site-based Training Officer at Dawson Mine, competent in scheduling, managing and assisting training related tasks to ensure compliance to corporate policy and legislative requirements. As a Training Officer reporting to the Training Coordinator, your duties include: Support with general enquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and manage training records, identifying gaps, and collaborating with leaders. Managing the end-to-end process for targeted training programs. Driving continuous improvement and best practice for training delivery. Maintain compliance and ensure personnel have the necessary skills / Training as per the site Training Needs Analysis. Ensuring crew proficiency levels in accordance with site training needs; and Monitor & maintain site training systems, including reporting, site access control and training compliance audits.
