Job Details 5 Day Nanny Educator (15838) Ceduna Waters 5 days per week with children aged 3 years, 7 years & 9 years Rate: $40.30 - $43.01 (L3) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf) Monday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Tuesday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Wednesday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Thursday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm This family would like: A dynamic and loving family of five seeking a nurturing, proactive, and enthusiastic Educator to join the household. The children are aged 3, 7, and 9, and while the primary focus of care will be with 3 year old during the day, the role also includes before and after school care for two older children. Primary care will be provided to an energetic and curious 3-year-old during daytime hours, engaging the child in age-appropriate, play-based learning and outdoor exploration. The family value structured routines balanced with imaginative play, outdoor adventures, and child-led curiosity. An Educator with a warm, patient, and energetic approach who can connect with children of different ages and personalities. A strong understanding of or openness to learning about neurodiversity is appreciated, though not essential. Respect, inclusion, and positive behaviour support strategies are key to success in this role. A high standard of health and hygiene practices is critical, as one of the children is immunocompromised. Attention to cleanliness, hand hygiene, and illness prevention is essential. A genuine love of the outdoors is a must — the children thrive on activities such as nature walks, fishing, wildlife exploration, and active outdoor play. Must be comfortable with animals in the home, they have three cats and a friendly dog. The family shares a strong passion for AFL football. The family is looking for someone who can become a trusted extension of their family, support our values and help our children grow with confidence and joy. You must: - Not essential, but preferable to have or be working towards getting your Certificate in Early Childhood Education & Care or have a relevant higher education - Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references. - Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid - Have a car & driver's licence - Be willing to commit for at least 12 months - Full working rights in Australia.
