About the role: Reporting to the Co-Director (Operationally) EDONM (Professionally), some of your duties for the role will include: Provide professional midwifery advice and leadership to: Level 3 and 4 midwives Oversee human resource systems implementation including processes and standards of midwifery staff recruitment, performance, development and retention Establishment, monitoring and review of divisional KPI’s Collaborate with health industry, community groups, professional bodies and private and public sector health providers at regional, state and national level About you: Registered Midwife with at least 5 years post registration experience Demonstrated flexibility, innovation and creativity which can be applied to the health care setting, particularly in regards to the provision of contemporary approaches to maternity and gynaecology care guided by best practice Effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation Experience in leading services or organisations through times of extensive change Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
