Description This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role within Carpentaria’s governance and practice structure, bridging operational delivery with therapeutic oversight and expertise. Use your high level clinical skills to drive practice excellence and ensure that each young person with disability living in Out of Home Care (OoHC) receives high quality, safe and individualised support that promotes independence, stability and positive life outcomes. This is a newly created role to support children and young people with disability who are living in OoHC. It offers a qualified clinician with the unique opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership role with a respected for-purpose provider. The ideal candidate Qualified Allied Health professional (Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or equivalent). Experience in disability support, child protection, therapeutic residential care or trauma-informed practice. Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision and leadership.
