As a Funerals Director Assistant, you will engage in an integral role supporting our funeral services. About You: Strong customer service ethos and commitment to service delivery Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased A collaborative team player with excellent communication and high attention to detail Able to work full time hours Monday to Friday, including rotating roster to cover evenings and weekends if required (great opportunity to earn additional income) Salary is $30.77 per hour plus super, plus quarterly and annual incentive scheme. Allowances apply for standby roster and aftercare transfer activity Possess a full unrestricted driver's license and access to your own vehicle (to get to our Fyshwick Operations Centre) Next induction and formal training is 12th January 2026.
