About the Role Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment. Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by the company. Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals. Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards. Use specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively — with all training and tools provided. Build strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors to foster a positive, respectful work environment. Shift Details (subject to change) Monday to Sunday Flexible shifts Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation) Monday – Friday: $32.31 per hour Saturday: $38.78 per hour Sunday: $45.24 per hour
