Job Description MISSION: Be a key contact for Credit Insurance and Services solutions between clients, brokers and Coface internal functions, responsible for renewing portfolio of accounts. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage strategic relationships with clients and brokers, ensuring compliance and providing product/service information Resolve client issues and complaints, coordinating with internal departments for timely solutions Handle contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and derogation requests as needed Execute and improve commercial team processes, providing input to management for development Prepare analytical reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders Attract potential customers by answering inquiries and suggesting additional products/services
