Provides academic mentorship, guidance, and counselling to students to support academic success and overall progression. Ensures compliance with institutional requirements related to enrollment, academic standing, and visa regulations. Reviews and approves academic documentation, course registrations, and study plans through the system. Maintains accurate and timely student records, progress notes, and monthly reports in alignment with institutional standards. Conducts regular one-on-one mentoring sessions with students to review progress, address academic or personal challenges, and provide proactive support. Identifies students at risk of underperformance and prepares Academic Improvement Plans (AIPs) with clear follow-up strategies. Advises students on course selection, academic planning, registration, and transitions between programs or institutions. Monitors academic milestones, credit accumulation, and completion timelines to ensure students remain on track with their program objectives. Assists students in navigating transfers, changes in majors, and other academic adjustments while maintaining program continuity. Guides students in utilizing available campus and institutional resources such as academic counseling centers, tutoring services, and workshops. Ensures students adhere to academic integrity principles and institutional policies. Communicates regularly with advisors to provide updates on student performance, compliance matters, and any emerging concerns. Prepares and submits formal warning requests or compliance notifications as needed. Develops and manages a schedule of key academic deadlines, ensuring students meet institutional requirements in a timely manner. Requirements Minimum Bachelor degree in Teaching/Counselling or related subject Minimum 5years of experience in Academic Mentoring
