Your New Role As the National Account Manager for Coles Online, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing Mondelez's strategy for success within Coles Online. This pivotal role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual who can develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. You will be responsible for maximising our online presence, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. How you will contribute Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with Mondelez's overall business objectives and the specific needs of Coles Online. Manage trade spend and investment to deliver strong ROI and sustainable growth. Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization. Prepare and deliver insightful monthly, quarterly, and regional reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Actively participate in Joint Business Planning sessions with the Commercial Team and supporting functions, contributing to the development of mutually beneficial strategies. Successfully achieve agreed-upon sales and market share targets for the Coles Online channel. Proactively identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the Coles Online environment, working collaboratively with Coles to execute impactful initiatives. What you will bring 2 years of Account Management experience within the FMCG industry. Proven experience and a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, ideally within the grocery retail sector. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with retailers and a strong understanding of key business principles. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet critical deadlines. A consistent track record of delivering results and a strong drive to succeed. Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint to analyse data, prepare reports, and present findings. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
