Are you an experienced Site Supervisor ready to step straight into a high quality residential build environment and hit the ground running? We're looking for someone to lead projects across the Western Corridor and surrounding growth areas. You will need to have over 5 years experience to really hit the ground running with little training! Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on site activities for turnkey new homes single and double storey from slab to handover. Manage subcontractors, trades and site teams to maintain program, cost and quality standards. Ensure high end finishes, inclusions and client expectations are met Work with minimal supervision the business offers streamlined processes and you'll be empowered to drive the job from day one. Report directly to Construction/Project Manager, ensure site safety, compliance and budget adherence. About You: Proven Site Supervisor experience in residential / townhouse / high-quality home builds (minimum 5-7 years preferred) Comfortable managing multiple trades, programs and quality control with little need for training. Experienced in delivering premium homes where presentation, inclusions and client touchpoints matter. Ready to relocate/operate across Western Corridor Brisbane (Greenbank, Ripley, Springfield, etc) and willing to travel between sites.
