Wide variety of shifts available Monday – Friday 7am- 3pm What we're looking for: Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care (highly regarded) Experience in either aged care, disability, community a MUST. Strong communication and observational skills Patience, reliability, and a gentle approach to care Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle (essential) Role responsibilities: Support clients in our community needing assistance with social support, transport to appointments, shopping or community outings. Provide personal care to clients with dignity and respect such as assisting with showering, grooming and dressing. Continue to support clients to live in their own home by providing help with their domestic assistance, meal preparation and most importantly, companionship.
