We are seeking a welcoming and client-focused Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients, families, support workers, and visitors – both in person and over the phone. This is an awesome opportunity to be the heart of our aged care and disability services team. You'll be joining us 2-3 days per week with Monday and Tuesday as your core work days. Bonus if you have Wednesday availability! About the Role As the Receptionist/Administrator , you’ll be the go-to person for both administrative coordination and front-desk support. You’ll help keep our office organised, ensure information flows smoothly between teams, and maintain accurate records that support the quality of our services. Greet clients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly Prepare, file, and manage documents, correspondence, and reports Organise purchases and supplies for team members Coordinate community engagement activities and events Manage mail, deliveries, and general correspondence What You'll Need Demonstrated experience in a receptionist or administrative role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems A genuine commitment to supporting people with empathy and respect Desirable Experience in aged care, disability, or community health settings Understanding of NDIS and My Aged Care systems Why join Sai?
