Supervising the drive way, you will manage the flow of traffic and work collaboratively with the Bell Attendants to load/unload guest luggage. You will hold strong knowledge of or hotel facilities and guide guests to surrounding areas and attractions. With a warm and professional manner, you will provide exceptional guest service greeting and farewelling all guests and visitors. Our ideal candidate will possess: Previous experience with delivering premium customer experience Exceptional interpersonal and verbal skills Ability to work in a high-volume and fast paced environment Highly organised and able efficiently multitask Excellent grooming and personal presentation Valid Australian working rights Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster and 38 hours per week Quality care.
