Key Responsibilities: Direct and oversee restaurant reservations and bookings. Ensure all administrative controls and business reporting fully comply with company policies and procedures. Undertake the planning and organizing of special functions. Select, train and supervise wait staff, kitchen staff and all other personnel on site. Support the Management team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service in our bar, restaurant, and accommodation. Be the point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience, from check-in to checkout. Assist in managing stock, scheduling, and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to budget targets. Assist in ensuring the venue adheres to health and safety guidelines, licensing laws, and all regulatory requirements. Key Requirements: Applicants should have formal qualifications and at least 1 years of relevant employment experience or, in the absence of formal qualifications, have at least 3 years of relevant employment experience. Current Approved Manager License, RMLV, RSA, RSG and CLO (or willing to obtain) Experience managing teams in a hospitality environment Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills with excellent communication Availability to work hospitality hours. Ability to manage conflict and remain calm under pressure. Experience in a high-volume food, bar, function, gaming, and retail environment.
