About the Role Take ownership of the pastry section and ensure smooth day-to-day operation. Produce high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and plated sweets to a consistent standard. Work closely with senior chefs on seasonal menu development and new pastry items. Maintain strict food safety, allergen management, and quality-control processes. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture within the wider kitchen brigade. About You 2 years' experience in pastry within a premium, high-volume, or hatted-style venue. Confident in producing refined desserts, baking, and pastry fundamentals. Strong attention to detail, precision, and consistency. Able to thrive under pressure during busy service periods.
