The Opportunity Join a respected manufacturer | Hands-on production role | Great team environment About the role Our client, is seeking a reliable and motivated Process / Mill Worker to join their Leongatha team on a casual basis. Reporting to the Mill Team Leader, you'll play a key role in daily production, packaging, and inventory operations. This role is ideal for someone physically fit, safety-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Day shift role hours 9am to 5.30 pm Key responsibilities Operate machinery and assist with bulk bag packing and distribution Monitor product quality and output Maintain stock levels, complete stocktakes and report variances Support general warehouse duties and uphold GMP standards Step into other operational roles as needed, including shift coverage Actively contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives What you'll need to succeed At least 12 months' experience in manufacturing, logistics or warehousing Comfortable with physical work and machinery operation Basic computer skills; experience with SAP or inventory systems a bonus Strong communication skills and attention to detail Dayshift role, hours 9am to 5.30pm 3 to 6 months ongoing work To be considered Full Australian working rights Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing Willing to complete online assessments and site inductions Why Apply?
