About the Role As our Cellar Person, you will play an essential role in: Managing stock rotation and maintaining cellar organisation Assisting with beer line cleaning and cellar maintenance Ensuring all beverages are stored, handled, and delivered correctly Supporting bar staff with keg changes and restocking Upholding safety and hygiene standards at all times What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail Good time management and a positive attitude Ability to lift and move keg stock Someone who works well both independently and within a team Previous cellar or hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential What We Offer A range of hospitality hours Competitive hourly rate penalties overtime!
