What you’ll be doing: Remotely diagnosing ATM faults and guiding on-the-ground contacts through fixes over the phone. Coordinating all "weird" logistics for parts and technicians, using everything from barges to charter planes . Staging, preparing, and testing ATM machines for deployment from the Brisbane workshop. Mentoring, managing, and teaching a trainee technician . What you'll bring to the team: Proven experience with ATM hardware (Hyosung is a bonus, but any brand is valued). A background in logistics, field service coordination, or remote operational support is highly desirable.
