Your Team The CFS Advice team is part of CFS’s Customer Office which is accountable for serving the interests of our Direct Customers. In your role as Intrafund Adviser, you will directly impact the financial wellbeing of CFS’ direct customers. Combining your financial planning experience with leading digital advice tools, will enable us to serve the best interests of a meaningful cohort of our direct customers. Your Responsibilities Deliver Financial Advice to CFS Direct Customers covering such needs as investment Advice, optimisation of superannuation contributions, and allocated pension advice. Maintain the highest level of quality advice within licensee standards. Partner with and educating Customer Guidance representatives on how best to qualify customers for the Intrafund advice service and where alternate advice services are more appropriate. Work with the Director, Direct Member Advice Solutions to identify more efficient processes to deliver more advice and to identify customer cohorts more likely to value the intrafund advice service. Your Capability and Experience Fully qualified under the FASEA educational standards. Experience on the Financial Adviser register, or previously have been on the Financial Adviser register Operated as a Strategic Financial Adviser providing advice with respect to Superannuation strategy and retirement income options. Experience providing retail financial advice either comprehensively or as limited scope advice. Have met all professional development obligations.
