What We Have on Offer We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for our QLD region to manage and grow our broker and aggregator relationships within the mortgage industry, strengthen our partnerships and drive an increase in broker utilisation. Key Deliverables Business Development Customer Service Proactive management of risk issues and incidents Responsible lending and servicing standards About You As the successful candidate you will have the following: Cert IV in Finance and Broker Management 5 years demonstrated experience in home lending sales with a focus in third party distribution channels Demonstrated performance in delivering strong financial and customer outcomes Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams Desirable/Advantageous A degree in Business, Accounting or other relevant qualification Knowledge of the regulatory environment Operational exposure to the Financial Services sector which may include Funds Management, Real Estate Industry, Mortgage Lending and Retail The way we work together is just as important as your experience.
