About Your Role Scope has an exciting opportunity for a Crew Coordinator to join our Contract Services team. The Crew Coordinator leads and supports crew members while coordinating day-to-day property maintenance activities. You will ensure all allocated jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Your Key Focus Coordinate a team of crew members, to deliver a range of property maintenance services. Train, mentor and encourage team members—particularly those facing employment barriers—to build confidence and capability. Undertake hands-on maintenance tasks, including landscaping, cleaning, general labour, painting, test and tag and other duties as required. Uphold and promote a strong safety culture across all worksites. Provide constructive performance feedback to support employee development and achievement of goals. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Specialist expertise in landscaping/grounds maintenance, plus experience in at least one of: commercial cleaning, property maintenance, painting or test and tag. Relevant qualifications or solid hands-on experience across maintenance trades. Ability to operate commercial equipment safely (e.g., ride-on mowers, pressure washers, steam cleaners). Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment. Meets mandatory compliance requirements: NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, right to work in Australia, First Aid and driver’s licence.
