We provide high-quality, person-centred allied health services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) across Sydney & Melbourne. The Role We’re looking for a dedicated and empathetic Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. In this role, you’ll work with NDIS participants (ages 9-65) in their homes, community settings, and clinics to assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based interventions that truly make a difference. Locations of need are currently: Melbourne's Western Suburbs Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans. Caseload will vary, but predominantly Neurological conditions. Deliver goal-oriented therapy to improve mobility, function, and quality of life Work collaboratively with participants, families, and support coordinators Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation in line with NDIS standards Provide education and support to clients and caregivers Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development About You ✅ Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist ✅ Experience (or strong interest) in the NDIS or disability sector (12 months) ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle ✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us?
