We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Operator to join our Glendenning team. This hands-on role plays a key part in ensuring our “Never-Run-Out” promise to customers by supporting all production, warehousing, and distribution activities in a safe and efficient manner. About the Role As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day production activities, batching, warehouse operations, and dispatch. Working closely with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service, you will ensure our product is prepared, packaged, and delivered to the highest standard while maintaining compliance with safety and certification requirements. The role: Full time position $35ph Penalties 12pm to 8pm shift Monday to Friday Glendenning location Key Responsibilities: Carry out general warehousing, inventory control, and housekeeping duties Process work orders and prepare IBCs with required product, batch, and address labels Load full IBCs onto freight trucks and liaise with customers regarding collection and delivery Maintain stock accuracy and protect product quality Monitor and replenish AdBlue® stock levels Maintain high housekeeping standards across all operational areas Package, label, and dispatch products with accuracy Receive, unload, pick, store, and process incoming stock Prepare transport consignment notes and book freight Optimise warehouse space and support AdBlue® tank assembly Support the team's commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement Skills & Experience: A strong “Zero Harm” safety mindset Forklift (High Risk Work Licence) – Essential 3 years in a production, processing, or industrial environment (desirable) Qualifications in Warehousing, Logistics, or Process Operations (desirable) Mechanical aptitude or experience in industrial environments highly regarded HR or heavy vehicle licence an advantage Strong focus on customer delivery and service excellence If you believe you meet our current requirements, please send through an updated CV to us today by clicking the apply button.
