We're seeking an experienced commercial sales and leasing executive ready to join an outstanding team! This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, results-driven professional who wants to be part of an established Commercial Sales & Leasing Team. The role offers a collaborative environment with a strong team culture and close partnership with their highly successful Property Management division. Key responsibilities will be: Client Liaison & Meetings Negotiate deals Instruction to Solicitors and provide commercial advice on lease matters Submission preparation and presentation Market Research – Contribute to research publications and presentations Sales & Leasing Enquiry Liaising Coordinating tenant, buyer & consultant inspections Client Reporting Tenant/Buyer Follow up Seek & secure new listings Prepare Agency Agreements Prepare Agency/Listing Submissions Liaise with marketing agents and clients on marketing initiatives Some must haves Sales and leasing experience or a strong history of residential sales now looking to transition to commercial.
