We're looking for passionate Assistant Showroom Managers to join one of our 3x locations across Brisbane. About the Role This is not your typical retail environment. These are immersive, design-focused showrooms where customers come for inspiration, solutions, and expert guidance. As an Assistant Showroom Manager , you’ll support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the showroom—leading by example, elevating customer service standards, and helping ensure the space always reflects the brand’s premium look and feel. Your day will include: Supporting the Store Manager with daily operations, stock control, and showroom administration Leading, coaching, and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service Ensuring visual merchandising and presentation meet brand and seasonal standards Providing personalised consultations and design advice to customers Assisting with sales reporting, budgets, and KPI achievement Helping to foster a warm, service-driven and collaborative team culture About You Experience in retail leadership (Assistant Manager, Senior Sales, 2IC or similar) Strength in operations, administration, and team support A genuine passion for customer experience and building lasting relationships Interest in interiors, home design, or showroom-based retail Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail Why You’ll Love It This is a people-first business with a respected national brand and strong values.
