About the RoleAs the Material Scheduler Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating material availability, managing supplier performance, and driving scheduling efficiency. You’ll lead a small team, collaborate across departments, and leverage digital tools like SAP MRP to optimise inventory and production alignment, while also processing material and trading goods orders as part of day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Material Scheduling team, aligning goals with broader supply chain objectives. Collaborate with planning, procurement, warehousing, and production teams to ensure timely material flow. Utilise SAP MRP and other tools to automate tasks and enhance forecasting. Manage material requirements, purchase requisitions, and supplier delivery schedules. Process material and trading goods orders in SAP to support timely supply and production needs. Oversee Trading Goods purchasing and Co-Packer supply coordination. Conduct regular reviews of slow-moving materials and master data accuracy. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs. What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Strong background in MRP systems (preferably SAP), scheduling, and inventory management. Experience in FMCG supply chain operations and team leadership. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement. Why Us?
