Who are we looking for? We are currently looking for a highly experienced and disciplined Stores Person to join our team in Melbourne, VIC . If you’re a proactive, flexible and experienced professional with a drive to succeed, you’re the type of person we would like to welcome onboard. Your role Manage aircraft parts, tools, and consumables to support maintenance operations Ensure efficient and accurate warehouse and inventory management Maintain compliance with aviation standards and organisational procedures Coordinate timely distribution of parts to maintenance teams Assist in maintaining orderly storage, stock control, and documentation The essential requirements We are not looking for just anyone. We are looking for an autonomous, passionate and experienced stores person who/with: Previous experience in a warehouse or stores role, ideally within the aviation industry Knowledge of aviation parts and regulatory compliance (CASA, CAAS) Experience using inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) Valid Airside Driving Licence for Melbourne Airport Forklift licence and relevant certifications (preferred) Valid Certificate of Training for DG by Air (Acceptance Group A & F – IATA Category 1 & 6) Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment ASIC required or eligibility to obtain one Shift will be on a 4 on 4 off roster pattern.
