Who are we looking for? We are currently looking for a highly experienced and disciplined Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team in Sydney , NSW . Your role In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Engineering Manager and working collaboratively with the engineering team to ensure all aircraft maintenance and certifications meet regulatory, manufacturer, and Part 145 MOE standards. • Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance—primarily line maintenance—to ensure the daily airworthiness, reliability, and presentation of company aircraft. • Identifying and securing required parts for upcoming maintenance tasks, preparing necessary test equipment and tooling, and carrying out system troubleshooting and defect rectification, including operations conducted away from base. The essential requirements 2 years mechanical experience on A320, A321, and A321F aircraft (or similar type); Type-rated in Dash 8 Classics OR A320; Trade Certificate IV (Mechanical) and CASA Part 66 Licence Highly skilled and competent in aircraft mechanical system troubleshooting, repair and installation of mechanical components; Strong team player; Ability to follow supervisory direction; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Consistent positive and proactive attitude; Passion for safe work practices; Valid work visa; Red ASIC card (or ability to obtain); and, Current Australian Driver's licence. Working shifts will primarily include early shifts starting at 5:30 AM and late shifts finishing around 8:00 PM, providing excellent work–life balance.
