Technical Business Analyst – D365 CRM | 6-Month FTC Extensions Join a major transformation project leveraging D365 CRM and Microsoft Azure. This is a hands-on, technical BA role working across a modern Microsoft ecosystem, where you’ll play a key part in bridging business needs with technical delivery. About the Role You’ll work across initiatives built on Microsoft Azure-hosted platforms incorporating D365 CRM, Power Platform, .NET-based applications, and Azure services. Your focus will be on analysing business needs, defining technical and functional requirements, and ensuring seamless translation between business intent and technical execution. Key Responsibilities Elicit, document, and refine business requirements through close stakeholder engagement; Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models; Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams; Collaborate with QA to ensure comprehensive test coverage; Support Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning and backlog refinement; and Track and manage requirement changes, assessing their impact on scope and delivery. What You’ll Deliver Validated and traceable requirements mapped to functional specifications; Alignment between business expectations and delivered functionality; Supporting artefacts including process maps, data flows, and traceability matrices; and Proactive resolution of ambiguities and risks impacting delivery quality. About You Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a D365 CRM environment (not ERP); Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and integration concepts; Adept at writing user stories, technical documentation, and process flows; Confident communicator able to liaise between business and technical teams; and Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments.
