Change Manager – HR Technology Transformation 6-month contract | Brisbane CBD Location | Hybrid (1–2 days onsite) Rate: Market Rates Start: ASAP We are partnering with a major enterprise undergoing a significant HR technology and employee experience transformation. As part of this program, we are seeking a hands-on Change Manager with strong communications capability to support the implementation of new Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, and Time & Labour platforms , along with downstream system integrations. You will join an established Change team operating in a scaled Agile environment , focussed on delivering a modernised, connected, and simplified people experience across a large workforce. About the Role This is a delivery-focused position suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stream programs. We are seeking a candidate who is proactive, execution-driven, and comfortable “rolling up their sleeves” to drive end-to-end change and accelerate communications activity. Candidates with experience in HR Business Partnering, HR operations, or HR transformation are strongly encouraged to apply, especially those who understand employee and leader experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver organisational change management activities for the implementation of new HCM, Payroll, and Time & Labour platforms Develop and execute communication strategies to accelerate engagement and clarity Conduct change planning, impact assessments, readiness, and stakeholder engagement Act as a true “doer” who executes, not just advises Ensure alignment across workstreams and support downstream systems integration Support training, user engagement, and adoption activities in an agile delivery environment Partner effectively with HR, leaders, and various stakeholder groups Essential Experience Proven experience as a Change Manager within complex, multi-stream transformation programs Strong communications capability , ideally within large-scale change initiatives Hands-on, delivery-focused working style Background in HR Business Partnering, HR operations, or HR transformation (highly desirable) Strong understanding of the employee and leader experience Exposure to agile delivery environments Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels About the Program This enterprise transformation is modernising the HR ecosystem through the implementation of three integrated platforms that will uplift the employee experience and simplify day-to-day people processes.
