Join a values-led construction group delivering vital upgrades across Victoria’s schools and public assets. As part of Hum Projects , a division of the Mazzei Group, you'll work across live operating environments - from classrooms and community facilities to outdoor infrastructure and compliance works. This role is perfect for a site leader who’s organised, collaborative, and confident managing trades across multiple small-to-medium scale projects at once. You’ll deliver outcomes that improve safety, accessibility, and functionality - all while minimising disruption to the people using the space. About the Role Coordinate the day-to-day running of Hum Projects’ upgrade and modification sites Oversee safety, quality, and program outcomes across multiple metro sites Communicate clearly with stakeholders including school principals, tenants, consultants, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with OH&S, building codes, and contract documentation Track variations, maintain documentation, and report on program progress Deliver a positive experience for end users throughout the construction process What You’ll Bring 5–10 years’ experience in site management, ideally within education, healthcare or childcare projects Strong working knowledge of BCA, OH&S legislation, and Australian Standards Experience coordinating multiple projects concurrently (typically $1M–$10M) Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills Cert IV in Building & Construction or equivalent trade background White Card, First Aid (Level 2), and valid Victorian Driver’s Licence Why Hum Projects?
