Description The Role This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll not only provide direction to others but also actively participate in cleaning operations. You will support the Cleaning Manager in overseeing tasks, managing a team, and ensuring the venue is spotless, safe, and professionally presented. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise cleaning operations while performing cleaning duties yourself. Ensure high-quality outcomes by working alongside your team and setting the standard. Assist with on-shift task assignment to ensure optimal workload efficiency Work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for clients, staff, and patrons. Qualifications To be eligible for this role, applicants must have The legal right to live and work in Australia without restrictions. A valid visa that allows full-time employment - Permanent Residency, Australian Citizenship, or a visa with unrestricted work rights. No limitations on working hours. Must not be restricted to 24 hours. The ability to work overnight shifts as required by the role. No visa sponsorship available Qualifications/Experience: Training in safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment (advantageous). Experience with ride-on powered cleaning equipment (preferred). Proven experience in commercial cleaning environments. Familiarity with industrial cleaning products and equipment. Experience supervising teams of 5–10 staff.
