About the Role: An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a residential basis in Karratha. Working Monday to Friday on local civil projects, you will lead land development, road construction, and earthworks projects from planning through to completion. This is a permanent role offering stability, excellent remuneration, and housing support. Key Responsibilities Include: Manage and deliver civil infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget. Lead and coordinate site delivery teams and subcontractors. Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of construction works. Monitor project progress, budgets, and compliance requirements. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication. Provide technical input and guidance across project stages. Prepare and present regular progress and cost reports. Ensure construction adheres to design, safety, and quality standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence. Support and mentor junior engineers and site staff. About you: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (minimum requirement). 6-7 years' experience as a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, or Project Manager. Proven success in delivering civil projects such as roadworks, land development, and bulk earthworks. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing projects valued between $10-20 million. Stable career history with civil contractors in WA or similar markets. Current Australian C Class driver's licence. You must have full Australian work rights, there is no sponsorship on offer.
