Lead From Behind the Scenes Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to the CEO , based in Broome, WA . This is a pivotal role for a confident, experienced, and self-directed professional who thrives in high-trust executive environments. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support across governance, strategy, and operations, working closely with the CEO and Board to help drive BRAMS’ vision forward. More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing the CEO’s diary, travel, meetings and briefing preparation Coordinating governance requirements, including Board meetings and minutes Tracking progress on strategic initiatives and executive projects Overseeing key documentation and corporate records for compliance Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO Drafting professional communications and compiling reports Providing Secretariat support for the Board, maintaining schedules and registers Monitoring priorities and ensuring effective follow-up of executive actions To read the full position description, click here This role is best suited to someone who brings experience , a strong understanding of governance and privacy , and who demonstrates initiative , independence , and attention to detail .
