ABOUT THIS ROLE Provide advice to Aftersales, Sales, Regional Offices and Marketing Departments Provide recommendations for future training strategies. Develop & desktop publish Instructor Led Training Programs. Conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) programs for personnel. Create training aids to support training programs. Design and Deliver technical training content to dealers and fleet partners where & when required. Develop & publish articles for the Dealer Network. Develop eLearning content for the Dealer Network as required. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years' experience developing / designing automotive training literature Advantage but not essential - Relevant trade qualifications and practical hands-on industry experience Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or teacher background Possess knowledge of current automotive technology including electrical/electronic systems and automotive dealership workshop practices. Competent user of Microsoft applications and Internet (required) Competent user of Adobe Creative Suite applications (desired) High level communication skills both verbal and written.
