Position Overview Our Customer Service Team, based in Rydalmere, is seeing a Customer Service professional to provide customer support in our Wholesale team to support our Galleries, Luxaflex and Independent customers. Responsibilities: Field queries via phone and e-mail Advise customers of orders on hold or out of stock products Follow up outstanding order on hold responses Order parts and samples for customers as required Assess and raise Authorisation for Return (AFR’s) with customers Investigating repairs and processing paperwork, with an understanding of product warranty Follow up on urgent orders / Rework / Remake status Provide support to the BSM for allocated State Chasing up of lost in transit orders or damaged products Flexible in providing back-up support to the other customer service teams as requested The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a product-based Customer Service / Call Centre environment Excellent customer service and telephone skills Strong organisational skills Ability to manage both internal and external relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management A high level of initiative and self-motivation.
