This Spare Parts Administrator & Service position will see you working as part of a tight knit team of 5, led by a motivated, energised & personable Sydney based Manager. Your busy day to day will include providing & following up on quotations, processing and fulfilling customer orders for spare parts, accurate maintenance of inventory records and stock level replenishment as required. A drive and passion for excelling in quality customer service, offering prompt and efficient resolutions as needed and internal collaboration with sales and technical teams as well as other administrative duties including and assisting in collating sales reports. It is imperative that the successful individual for this position will offer current, tenured, Spare Parts Administration & Customer Service of large capital equipment in the manufacturing industry.
