ISS is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Facility Manager to support a national telecommunications client across a multi-site NSW portfolio. Based in Sydney, this full-time role reports to the Key Account Manager and is responsible for the operational delivery of FM services—ensuring zero network outages and seamless continuity of facilities assets 24/7. What You’ll Do Oversee planned, reactive, and capital works to maintain asset standards Conduct audits of field workforce and contractors against HSEQ policies Build strong relationships with client representatives through regular meetings Act as the building owner’s representative for all designated facilities Manage site-related issues, incidents, and restoration activities Provide technical expertise and site intelligence to support client needs Coordinate maintenance and capital work with end users Review service delivery methods and drive continuous improvement Liaise with Asset Management and National Call Centre to manage subcontractors Ensure budget adherence and compliance with variation processes Support development and execution of asset management plans Uphold ISS and client quality standards across all activities What We’re Looking For Tertiary qualifications in facility management, business administration, or project management preferred Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams Understanding of telecommunications, critical infrastructure or technical service environments Risk management mindset and ability to work under pressure Confident communicator with sound judgment and prioritization skills Must pass National Police Check and Anti-Money Laundering check ✅ Essential Criteria Previous experience in a similar FM role Data Centre experience highly regarded Current NSW Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor license or Qualified Supervisor Certificate Why Join Us?
