We are seeking experienced Powder Coater to join their team in Archerfield with immediate start available! Fast-paced production environment in large, Metal Fabrication company - industry specialists in the Defence, Mining, Agriculture and Transport fabrication. Pay rate from $41 to 45/hr depending on level of experience Commence casual with view to permanent transition after 3 months Forklift licence would be considered advantageous but not essential Day shift hours from 7am to 3.30pm with early finish at 1pm on Fridays What You’ll Be Doing Powder Coating of stainless steel and aluminum Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols Communicating issues with supervisors Working collaboratively to improve processes What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Sandblaster and/or Powder Coating Background in steel and/or aluminum Strong team player with the ability to also work independently Excellent attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving abilities Commitment to a safe and productive work environment What’s In It for You?
