Reporting to the Service Supervisor, we are currently looking for an energetic, dynamic and customer focused individual to join our team as a Apprentice Service Technician. This is a role with lots of variety, with no day the same. This position will be responsible for supporting our customers operations through conducting a mix of proactive preventative maintenance, break/fix and installation services. Key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to: Attending customer site and conducting fault finding to repair product wither onsite or within the workshop Installing new equipment Maintaining preventative maintenance schedules Delivering exceptional customer service outcomes The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: An ability to eventually work autonomously Exceptional customer service skills High attention to detail, with an ability to multi task In addition to the above it would be highly desirable for the successful candidate to hold: A valid Australian Drivers license White Card In return you will receive a salary commensurate with experience, plus overtime , mobile phone and laptop.
