OPERATIONS MANAGER – RADIOLOGY CLINIC Victoria Diagnostic Imaging (VDI) Locations: Carrum Downs | Rowville | Hampton Park | Cranbourne Victoria Diagnostic Imaging (VDI) is a rapidly growing, patient-centred radiology group with multiple modern clinics across Melbourne’s South-East. We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Operations Manager to oversee and optimise day-to-day operations across our clinics. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to contribute to the strategic growth of a dynamic healthcare organisation. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and coordinate daily clinical and administrative operations across multiple VDI sites. • Lead, support and mentor multidisciplinary teams to ensure high performance, strong communication and a positive workplace culture. • Manage staff rostering, recruitment assistance, training, and performance. • Ensure efficient patient workflow, minimal wait times and high levels of service quality. • Liaise with radiologists, sonographers, referrers and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery. • Monitor operational KPIs, resource allocation, budgets and cost-effectiveness. • Drive process improvements, operational efficiency and business development initiatives. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, radiation safety and workplace health and safety policies. • Assist with implementation of new technology, RIS/PACS systems and clinic expansions. • Support strategic planning and contribute to overall organisational growth. Qualifications & Experience: • Experience in healthcare or radiology management is preferred but not essential. • Strong leadership and people management skills required. • Previous experience in supervising teams or managing operations. • Understanding of clinical workflows, patient management systems or healthcare compliance is advantageous. • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder management ability. • High level of initiative, accountability and adaptability.
