As our new Design Manager Roads/Civil Lead , you’ll be a vital part of our Transport Land and Water team who are changing the way we design and deliver major works to be carbon neutral and sustainable. Your role will include: Lead and coordinate the design process across a portfolio of large-scale Roads and/or Civil projects, ensuring innovative, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions that meet client, stakeholder, and regulatory requirements Proactively resolve technical and design challenges to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard Bringing diverse groups of people together to deliver seamlessly Creating a thriving, collaborative and a high-performance culture within project teams Building strong trust-based relationships with delivery partners and clients Managing the interface between disciplines through all stages of delivery Liaising with construction contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders Concise communication with project governance groups Input into the pursuit of future opportunities in the market What are we looking for from you?
