About the Role Pro AV Solutions has an exciting opportunity in our NSW branch for a Service Desk Coordinator to join our Client Services team. You will provide day-to-day coordination of service activity and exceptional relationship management to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organised administrator with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Respond to and initiate service requests aligned with customer SLAs. Allocate service resources and coordinate service activities as required. Create and manage AV Care tickets within the ticketing platform. Prepare timely reports and client-related documentation. Perform daily checks of ticketing reports to identify next steps, follow-ups, and escalations. Process invoicing for completed tickets. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive service experience. Key Experience & Capabilities Previous administration experience in a service-based or coordination role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to make autonomous decisions. A demonstrated history of reliability, dependability, and trustworthiness. Strong customer service focus with the ability to build rapport across a range of clients and a genuine interest in contributing positively to a team. A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to put in extra effort when needed. Strong PC skills and proficiency in O365.
